DTC P0A71 - Generator Phase U Current High

DTC DESCRIPTION P0A71 - GENERATOR PHASE U CURRENT HIGH

Description:  This DTC sets when the TCM detects an excessive current condition in the generator U phase winding.
Possible Causes: 
  • Damaged inverter
  • Generator current sensor
  • Generator current out of range
Diagnostic Aids: 
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST TS .
