Throttle Body: Installation

  1. NOTE: Make sure that the mating faces are clean and install a new throttle body gasket.

    • Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

  3. NOTE: Engage the red connector locking tab after fully installing the TB electrical connector. The red tab will not slide forward unless the TB electrical connector is fully installed.

  4. Install the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe. Refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
