Preliminary Inspection

Before diagnosing or repairing the starting system, inspect the following items:

Check for abnormal ignition-off current drain(s).
Battery
Fusible links
Inspect grounds G100 and G101 for loose or corroded connections
High current BJB for loose or corroded connections
Wiring, terminals or connectors
