Valve Spring Strength

SPECIAL TOOLS CHART

Pressure Gauge, Valve/Clutch Spring
303-006 (TOOL-6513-DD) or equivalent

NOTE: Refer to ENGINE - 5.4L (3V) for the appropriate specification. See the GENERAL SPECIFICATION table.

Use the Valve/Clutch Spring Pressure Gauge to check the valve spring for correct strength at the specified valve spring length.
