Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) Transceiver

NOTE: The center finish panel is shown removed for clarity.









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the LH upper finish moulding and the right finish panel.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector, and using a suitable tool (such as a dentist pick), release the tabs and remove the Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) transceiver.

3. NOTE: Replacement of the PATS (Passive Anti-Theft System) transceiver does not require the PATS (Passive Anti-Theft System) keys to be programmed into the Body Control Module (BCM) again.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
