- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Open the glove compartment, press in on sides and lower it to gain access.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the 4X4 control module.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
