The vehicle security module receives digitally coded inputs from the remote keyless entry (RKE) keypad and operates the locks accordingly.

Possible Causes
- circuit 78 (LB/YE) open or short to ground
- circuit 122 (YE) open
- circuit 124 (BN) open
- RKE keypad
- vehicle security module
