Engine Does Not Crank Or Relay Clicks A 
Unusual Starter Noise B 
Engine Cranks Slowly (1)
The Starter Spins But The Engine Does Not Crank (2)
(1) Carry out the VOLTAGE DROP TEST  under ON VEHICLE TESTING.
(2) Inspect the starter motor mounting and engagement. Install a new starter motor. Inspect the flywheel/ring gear for damaged, missing or worn teeth. Repair as required.
