Removal & Installation
Disconnect negative battery cable. On vehicles with dual batteries, see DUAL BATTERIES under MISCELLANEOUS. Loosen PCM harness connector retaining bolt and disconnect PCM electrical connector. Remove PCM mounting screws. Remove PCM cover and PCM. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten PCM mounting screws and PCM harness connector bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
