Test B: Unable To Enter Self-Test

Using New Generation Star (NGS) tester or Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS) tester, perform speed control servo/actuator self-test. If NGS/WDS tester communicates with speed control servo/actuator, replace speed control servo/actuator. See SPEED CONTROL SERVO/ACTUATOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If NGS/WDS tester does not communicate with speed control servo/actuator, perform TEST A: NO COMMUNICATION WITH SPEED CONTROL SERVO/ACTUATOR  .
