Transmission Control Switch (TCS)

The Transmission Control Switch (TCS) is located on end of automatic transmission gearshift lever. When TCS is pressed, the Transmission Control Indicator Light (TCIL) illuminates and key power is sent to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Overdrive gear is then disabled by the PCM.
