Final Check
- Install selected input shaft, output shaft and differential shims and bearing races into transaxle case. Install differential. Assemble transaxle case and clutch housing. Tighten transaxle case bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Recheck differential bearing preload using differential rotator and torque wrench. Preload should be 4.3 INCH lbs. (.5 N.m). If differential assembly is not within preload specification, repeat differential bearing preload adjustment procedures. When preload is correct, assemble transaxle. See TRANSAXLE REASSEMBLY .
