July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Transmission Control Selector Bezel

  1. Remove shift console panel. Place shift lever in Park. Remove shift lever knob screws and remove knob. Remove 4 screws and transmission control selector bezel.
  2. Ensure detent spring roller is in Park detent. Align holes in slider and transmission control dial bezel. Install alignment pin to hold slider in position. See Fig 1 .
  3. Position transmission control selector bezel. Tighten bezel screws. Remove alignment pin. To complete adjustment, reverse disassembly procedure.
