X31 - Check Low Speed Power to Fan Circuit For Short to Power

- Key "OFF".

- Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) disconnected.

- Disconnect cooling fan.

- Measure voltage between Pin 1 of the CCRM vehicle harness connector and the battery negative post.

- Is voltage less than 1.0 volt?

Yes -- Service short to power in high speed power-to-fan circuit. Reconnect all components. Re-evaluate symptom.

No -- Service short to power in low speed power-to-fan circuit. Reconnect all components. Re-evaluate symptom.
