OFF Circuit

Connect voltmeter between circuit No. 151 (Light Blue/Black wire) and ground. Depress and hold cruise control OFF button. Voltmeter should drop to zero, indicating ON circuit is shut off. If voltage does not drop to zero, perform CIRCUIT TEST A. If switches are okay, install a known good amplifier and retest circuit.
