July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Delay Control Test

  1. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance between terminal No. 220 (Purple/Orange wire) and terminal No. 217 (Dark Blue/Orange wire) of photocell/amplifier connector. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . With control in maximum ON position, reading should be approximately 200,000 ohms.
  2. If reading is as specified, check Dark Blue/Orange wire for continuity between potentiometer connector and photocell/amplifier connector. If reading is not as specified, check resistance of potentiometer. See appropriate POTENTIOMETER TEST.
  3. If all systems are okay, but system is still malfunctioning, replace the photocell/amplifier assembly.
