Glass & Regulator: Removal
- Remove the door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL
under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
- Remove the door mirror.
- Remove the plastic door shield.
- Remove the upper stopper retaining bolts and remove the stoppers.
- Remove the three bolts retaining the corner bracket. Remove the corner bracket. See Figure
.
- Position the door glass so that the nuts securing the window glass can be removed through the service hole. Remove the two retaining nuts.
- Remove the door glass upward by sliding it through the glass guide. See Figure
.
- Remove the six window regulator-to-door retaining nuts. Disconnect the electric motor wire connector and remove the regulator assembly through the service hole. See Figure
.
