Interval Governor Ground Test
Turn ignition on. Ensure W/W switch is in OFF position. Connect ohmmeter between ground and Black wire terminal at interval governor connector. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Black wire between interval governor and ground. If continuity exists, go to SIGNAL GROUND TEST.
