Test Ml: Step 7

7) Check For Faulty Bulb or Socket  Install a known good bulb and socket. Turn key to RUN position. If bulb is ON, reconnect all components, bulb was cause of fault. If bulb is not ON, replace ECA. Verify repair by turning key to RUN position.
