Air Injection Check Valve: Testing and Inspection

Fig. 7 - Air Manifold Check Valve Test:

1. Remove check valve from air injection manifold.

2. Blow through the intake side of the valve, then the outlet side, Fig. 7.

3. Air should pass through the valve from the intake side only. If air passes from the outlet side, replace the check valve.
