Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the cover (1a), loosen the clip (1b) and remove the battery positive terminal (1c) protection.

2. Loosen the nut (1a) and disconnect the battery negative terminal (1b).
3. Loosen the nut (2a) and disconnect the battery positive terminal (2b).

4. Remove the nuts (1a) of anchoring rods (1b) and remove the battery hold down bracket (1c).
5. Remove the battery (2).

INSTALLATION 

1. Position the battery to the tray.
2. Install the hold down bracket and rods.
3. Connect both the positive battery terminals and tighten it to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
4. Connect both the negative battery terminals and tighten it to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
5. install the positive terminal protection, securing with the retaining clip.
6. Install the cover.
