Float Level

Remove air horn. With gasket in place on underside of air horn, hold vertically so weight of float closes needle valve gently. Measure distance from surface of gasket to float. This measurement should be 0.265 - 0.285 (6.75 - 7.25 mm). If adjustment is needed, bend tang beneath float arm and recheck measurement.
