EGR Valve: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect vacuum hose from top of valve, then backpressure hose.
2. Remove mounting bolts, then the EGR valve and gasket.
3. Discard gasket. Clean mating surfaces.
4. Reverse procedure to install using new gasket. Torque mounting bolts to 20 ft.lbs.
