Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Align and secure the Keyless Ignition Node (KIN) to the opening cover.

  2. Install three screws (1) securing the KIN to the steering column opening cover.

  3. Connect the wiring harness connector (1) to the back of the KIN.
  4. Install the steering column opening cover. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
