Possible Causes 
FUSED ASD RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN
EGR SOLENOID GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
EGR AIRFLOW CONTROL VALVE
EGR SOLENOID/VALVE
INTAKE OR EXHAUST SYSTEM PROBLEM
