Airbag Control Module: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Wait two minutes for the system reserve capacitor to discharge before servicing any airbag components.
- Remove center console. Refer to FLOOR CONSOLE
.
- Remove module mounting nuts and remove module. See Fig 1.

- Disconnect ACM 23-way connector.
- Remove ACM from vehicle.
