Using Scan Tool

Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). DLC is located in instrument panel below left side tachometer. See Figure . Turn ignition switch to on position, with engine off. Using screen prompts on scan tool, clear DTCs from PCM. Clearing DTCs from PCM using scan tool will also erase or clear OBD-II monitor data such as counter information, warm-up cycles, trips and freeze frame data.
