DRBII Test Functions

In order to perform the diagnostic tests, you must operate the DRBII to reach the ABS MENU within the diagnostic testing program. At the ABS MENU, you can read DRBII faults and perform diagnostic test functions.

The ABS MENU provides a choice of several different categories of test functions as described below.

System Tests - This function is not available for the antilock brake diagnostic program.

Read Faults - This function enables the Technician to read stored fault messages.

NOTE: All faults must be read before they can be erased.

State Display - This function enables the Technician to read the states or values of a variety of sensors, inputs/outputs, and components.

Actuator Tests - This function enables the Technician to activate various outputs, valves, and hydraulics to test their operation.

Adjustments - This function enables the Technician to erase all faults after they have been read.
