Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Module: Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the instrument cluster bezel. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Using a trim stick or equivalent, release the top portion of the gap hider from the instrument panel to gain access to the lower instrument panel cluster fasteners.
1 - Screws - Remove the four screws that secure the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) to the instrument panel.
- Pull the top of the IPC rearward far enough to access and disconnect the instrument panel wire harness connectors from the connector receptacles on the back of the IPC.
- Remove the IPC from the instrument panel.
