Module, Adaptive Cruise Control: Installation

NOTE:

If the ACC module is removed from the bracket, align the module to the bracket so that all four fastener locations are properly seated. Use the given fasteners to secure the ACC module to the bracket.

  1. Position the ACC module assembly with bracket to the vehicle for installation. Insert both bolts that secure the bracket to the support cross bracing.
  2. Connect and seat the wiring harness end to the ACC module connector.
  3. Connect the wire harness routing fasteners on the harness to the ACC module bracket assembly.
  4. Install the fascia lower closeout cover. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT LOWER, CLOSEOUT, INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the ACC cover to the fascia.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
  7. Perform the required calibration procedures. Refer to MODULE, ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, MODULE PROGRAMMING .
