Junction Block: Removal: Removal

ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, REFER TO SERVICE INFORMATION FOR ELECTRICAL/RESTRAINTS BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative remote cable from the remote terminal on the left shock tower.
- Depress the mounting clips to disengage and remove the Junction Block (JB) housing from its mounting bracket.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the JB.
