Throttle Body - 2.7L Engine

Make sure that the throttle body o-ring (1) is in place in the manifold.
Position throttle body on intake manifold alignment pins and install 3 mounting bolts. Do Not tighten bolts at this time.

Install throttle body mounting stud in the lower left hole.

Tighten throttle body bolts in a cross pattern starting with throttle body mounting stud to 13.6 N.m (120 in. lbs.).

Install throttle body support bracket and tighten nut.

Connect electrical connector to throttle body.

Install clean air hose to throttle body.
Connect negative cable to battery.
A Scan Tool may be used to learn electrical parameters. Go to the Miscellaneous menu, and then select ETC Relearn. If the relearn is not preformed, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will be set. If necessary, use a scan tool to erase any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) from PCM.
