Starter Engages, Fails To Turn Engine
- Battery Discharged Or Faulty:
Charge or replace battery if necessary.
- Starting Circuit Wiring Faculty:
Test or repair if necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS

- Starter Assembly Faulty:
Check components, if check is ok, Replace starter assembly.
- Engine Seized:
See appropriate article in ENGINES.
- Loose Connection At Battery, PDC, Starter, Or Engine Ground:
Inspect for loose connections.
- Faulty Teeth On Ring Gear:
Inspect teeth, rotate flywheel 360°, replace if damaged.
