Sunroof Module Assembly: Installation
- Raise sunroof module assembly and guide it carefully into position.
- While supporting the sunroof module tighten the six module attaching screws (Figure
). Tighten to 9.5 N.m (84 in. lbs.) torque.
- Install the two bracket screws at the rear of the module. Tighten to 9.5 N.m (84 in. lbs.) torque.
- Connect the drain tubes to the sunroof.
- Connect wire harness.
- Install headliner (Refer to
BODY/INTERIOR/HEADLINER - INSTALLATION
).
- Install sunroof control switch (Refer to SUNROOF CONTROL SWITCH
).
- Connect battery negative cable.
- Test sunroof operation, adjust as necessary (Refer to SUNROOF GLASS PANEL ADJUSTMENT
).
- Install sunroof opening trim lace position (Refer to OPENING TRIM LACE
).
