Seat Belt Indicator Always On

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
NOTE: Ensure that the Driver seat belt buckle is not damaged and is buckled.

With the DRBIII®, select AIRBAG, then MONITORS. If the DRBIII® displays "S BELT LAMP ON BY ACM", refer to Airbag article for related symptom(s). See AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article in RESTRAINTS. If the DRBIII® does not display "S Belt Lamp On by ACM" replace the instrument cluster. See ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS article.
