Seat Back Frame: Installation

  1. Place seat back cover onto frame.
  2. Install nut attaching recliner to frame. Tighten nut to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.) torque.
  3. Install bolts attaching seat back to seat. Tighten to 54 N.m (480 in. lbs.) torque.
  4. Install headrest.
  5. Install seat hog rings.
  6. Engage rear seat back j-strap, on seat back and engage zipper.
  7. Install j-strap on seat.
