DTC P1695: No CCD/J1850 Message From Body Control Module: Description

Circuit is monitored when ignition is on and battery voltage is more than 10 volts. DTC will set when no BUS messages are received from Body Control Module (BCM) for 20 seconds. Possible causes are: BCM communication problem, PCI bus circuit open or defective PCM.
