Power Window Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Open hood.

Battery Negative Cable Remove/Install:

2. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

3. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755) or equivalent, gently pry out on the affected window switch or at the center of the bottom edge.
4. Disconnect the switch electrical connector.
5. Remove switch from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect the switch electrical connector.
2. Place the switch assembly into opening and firmly snap into place.
3. Connect the battery negative cable.
4. Close hood.
5. Verify vehicle and system operation.
