Remove memory selector switch. See under MEMORY SELECTOR SWITCH REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Check continuity of switch when pressing buttons. See MEMORY SELECTOR SWITCH CONTINUITY table. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch.
