BATTERY SPLASH SHIELD

REMOVAL

Fig. 23:

1. Remove screws attaching battery splash shield to front bumper fascia (Fig. 23).
2. Rotate half turn retainers attaching battery splash shield to wheel house splash shield counterclockwise.
3. Remove battery splash shield from wheel house splash shield.
4. Rotate half turn retainer attaching battery splash shield to frame rail counterclockwise.
5. Remove battery splash shield from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Place battery splash shield into position.
2. Rotate half turn retainer attaching battery splash shield to frame rail clockwise.
3. Install battery splash shield to wheel house splash shield.
4. Rotate half turn retainers attaching battery splash shield to wheel house splash shield clockwise.
5. Install screws attaching battery splash shield to front bumper fascia.
