Fuel pressure with engine off, ignition on and using scan tool to activate fuel pump should be 48 psi (331 kPa). With engine idling, vacuum applied on pressure regulator, pressure should be 39 psi (269 kPa). With engine idling, no vacuum applied on pressure regulator, pressure should be 48 psi (331 kPa).
