Test 22E: Cab Memory Power Circuit

NOTE: Perform TEST 22A: TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM OPERATION  before proceeding. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect CAB connector. Inspect CAB connector and terminals for damage. Repair connector and terminals as necessary. Perform TEST VER-1A: VERIFICATION TEST  . If connector and terminals are okay, go to next step.
  2. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on CAB connector terminal No. 7 (Red/Dark Green wire). If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Red/Dark Green wire between power distribution center and CAB. Perform TEST VER-1A: VERIFICATION TEST  . If voltage is more than 10 volts, test is complete.
