Excessive Or No Variation In Delay

Variations in delay should be as follows:

Minimum Delay - 1/2-2 seconds, with switch in extreme counter-clockwise position before first detent.
Maximum Delay - 10-30 seconds, with switch in extreme clockwise position before OFF detent.
