Test 52D - Repairing Chime Inoperative W/ Seat BLT Unfastened

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting any module connector.
  1. Ensure left front seat belt is unfastened and fully retracted. Using DRB, read seat belt switch status. If DRB does not display SEAT BELT CLOSED, go to TEST 12A. If DRB displays SEAT BELT CLOSED, go to next step.
  2. Fasten left front seat belt. If DRB does not display SEAT BELT OPEN, go to TEST 11A. If DRB displays SEAT BELT OPEN, replace body control module.
