October 30: LEMON manuals on a temporary server, it is slow and having issues, download the manuals you need! Later in November we will switch back to the fast server.

"G" Sensor

  1. Turn ignition on. Connect a DVOM, between Green  wire of "G" sensor and ground. Leave "G" sensor connected to wiring harness. When sensor is level, voltage should be 1.1-1.5 volts. Slowly rotate sensor 90 degrees. Voltage should be 4.6-5.0 volts. If sensor voltage is not to specification, replace "G" sensor.
  2. Ensure unlaiden vehicle is on a level surface. Using a spirit level, check levelness of sensor vertically and horizontally. Sensor must be within one degree. If sensor varies more than one degree, use shims to adjust within tolerance.
