Installation Procedure

Install the drive motor control module radiator outlet hose (2).
Retainer(1) - Install

CAUTION:

Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose Bracket Nut (3) - Tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)

Coolant Hose(2) - Install
Retainer(1) - Engage

Coolant Hose(2) - Install
Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Engine Control Module Bracket - Install - Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement
Headlamp- Left Side - Install - Front Headlamp Replacement
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
