Installation Procedure

  1. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Cooling Outlet Hose (2) - Install

  2. Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. Position the surge tank and install the RESS surge tank bracket. Radiator Surge Tank Support Bracket Replacement (Radiator) , or Radiator Surge Tank Support Bracket Replacement (Heater) , or Radiator Surge Tank Support Bracket Replacement (RESS) 
  4. Retainer (1) - Install

  5. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Cooling Outlet Hose (2) - Install
  6. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Cooling Outlet Hose (2) - Install

  7. Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  8. Fill the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  9. Check the cooling system for leaks.
