Installation Procedure

  1. GM4294894

    Position the clutch control module (1) onto the rear axle.

  2. GM4294891

    Reconnect the electrical connector (1) to the clutch control module.

  3. GM4294890
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Apply loctite before installing bolts.

    Install the clutch control module bracket bolts (1). Tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  4. Install the rear drive axle assembly. Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement 
  5. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  6. Reprogram the K47 clutch control module. Control Module References
