Installation Procedure

  1. Position the exhaust manifold lower heat shield to the engine.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the exhaust manifold lower heat shield bolts (1, 2). Tighten bolt (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in) and tighten bolt (2) to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
  3. Lower the vehicle.
