Installation Procedure

Install the exhaust manifold heat shield.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the exhaust flexible pipe. Refer to Exhaust Flexible Pipe Replacement .
Install the HO2S. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Bank 1 Sensor 1 .
